The Iranian Research Institute of Philosophy (IRIP) is actively engaged in fostering international academic collaboration in the fields of philosophy, logic, and the history of science. As of 2024, IRIP has been officially recognized as the national representative of Iran in the International Union of History and Philosophy of Science and Technology (IUHPST), specifically within the Division of Logic, Methodology and Philosophy of Science and Technology (DLMPST).

This designation empowers IRIP to:

·         Appoint national delegates to the Union

·         Manage Iran’s annual membership dues (currently €600 under Category C)

·         Facilitate communication between Iranian scholars and the international academic community

IRIP’s International Affairs Office is committed to:

·         Promoting joint research initiatives with global institutions

·         Supporting participation in international conferences and symposia

·         Hosting visiting scholars and academic delegations

·         Enhancing Iran’s presence in global philosophical and scientific discourse
